Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): At the time of the site visit the Lodge room had Christmas lights in an open storeroom that formed a loop, backpack string the formed a loop hanging down from the lower counter, and a pencil sharpener with a long loose cord that formed a loop and was sitting in an accessible drawer by itself. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there were plastic garbage bags in the lower cabinet under the sink in the Lodge room, a plastic bag in the storage room which had the door wide open to the chidlren. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(g): At the time of the site visit there was a rusted white metal rack on the outside of the daycare building wall on the playground; The Lodge room has some cabinet doors that are with holes in them with missing handles and some that have handles dangling down on one side as the other side has come unattached.
